As his career continued to grow, Ivan took on a more intentional role in community impact by joining the Black Youth Mentorship and Leadership Program (BYMLP) at the University of Calgary as a mentor. He supports high-school students in Alberta through academic guidance, leadership development, and career exploration, with a strong focus on STEM and technology. Drawing from his own journey, Ivan helps students build confidence, clarify their goals, and see new possibilities for their future, reinforcing his commitment to giving back and empowering the next generation.
